- How long will my order take?
This varies upon the product and the quantity you choose. As a guide, products that are bought from local suppliers usually take 2-3 weeks while if you order products from overseas they can take up to 8-12 weeks
- What is a set up charge?
This is cost of setting up your logo to be put onto the products you choose. If you repeat the same product in the future it is often waived.
- Can I order samples before I place an order?
We are very happy to provide you with samples. In some cases if the order does not go ahead or if you don’t return the sample within 30 days we may need to send you an invoice for that sample.
- How do I send you my artwork?
To ensure the highest quality reproduction, we recommend you send us your artwork via email in the highest quality possible. For example, it is best to send us the files in hi res vector files such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- How do I put my Logo on items?
There are a range of decoration techniques available. We will advise you of the best options to represent your brand the best way possible.
- What if I can’t find something I like?
Please give us a call. We have the ability to produce customised product that are uniquely yours. These are usually produced overseas and have minimum order quantities and much longer lead times often up to 10-12 weeks.
